Creators are paid through Stripe Connect, and Stripe can open a payout account for a Canvas UGC Marketplace creator in 119 countries, listed below. The list is about where creators can be paid; it does not decide who can create an account.

11 of the 119 countries.
Stripe offers payouts in Algeria, Angola, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Gabon, Kazakhstan, Laos, Mozambique, Niger, San Marino as a preview, and warns that it may pause them without notice. If Stripe pauses payouts to your account, what you are owed stays recorded and Canvas UGC Marketplace tries again every Friday until Stripe lets it through.
How Payouts Work
- Payout account
- Stripe opens a Connect account in the country set on your profile and asks for your identity and tax details itself. Canvas UGC Marketplace never guesses your country.
- Currency
- Amounts on Canvas UGC Marketplace are in US dollars. Stripe converts them to your local currency when it pays you.
- When
- Every Friday, once you are owed US $25 or the oldest amount has waited 28 days.
- Only Stripe Connect
- There is no other way to be paid, such as PayPal or a direct bank transfer.
If Your Country Is Not Listed
You can still create an account, connect your TikTok or Instagram account and build your profile. Until your country is supported, Canvas UGC Marketplace cannot open a payout account for you, and it tells you so before you accept any work, so you never agree to work you cannot be paid for. This page is built from the same list the payout system checks, so it changes when that list does.
