About Canvas UGC Marketplace
Canvas UGC Marketplace is a marketplace for brands and creators to agree and deliver short-form video work. It is developed and operated by Aethos Solutions LLC, based in Los Angeles, California.
The Rules We Hold Ourselves To
- Written terms
- Every agreement states the pay, schedule, review time and ownership, and both sides keep the same accepted copy. An accepted agreement never changes.
- Money held first
- A campaign has to hold the money for an agreement before a creator can accept it.
- Real figures only
- Statistics come from TikTok or Instagram through their official connections, or are marked as not reported. We do not estimate, scrape or invent numbers.
- No bought standing
- Records and standing are calculated from what happened on Canvas UGC Marketplace. There are no paid or “verified” badges.
- No performance promises
- We never promise how a video will perform.
Where We Are Now
This is the first release, open to a small group of invited testers. TikTok and Instagram connections use each platform’s official sign-in, and both platforms’ app reviews are still in progress. Payments run through Stripe and have not yet been tested with live money from start to finish.
